Trick to identify the celebrity without staring and blinking eyes

Have you seen the illusion pictures that ask you to stare on the picture for some seconds and then blink your eyes to see the celebrity? Images below are the examples of such kind of illusion.
Stare at the image for 20 seconds, then look at the wall, blink your eyes fast and try to identify the celebrity.

Well and good if you successfully identified, you have very sharp eyes ;)

Anyways, here in this post, I am going to tell about a trick , so that you can see the celebrity in the picture without bothering your eyes much.

1. Whenever you see such picture, Press Windows logo key with Plus Sign or Minus Sign. It will open magnifier application.

2. Now Press ctrl+ alt+ I and voila, the celebrity of picture will become visible to you now. ctrl+alt+I is the shortcut for inverting the colors of photo.

3. In end, press Window key+ Esc to close the magnifier.

Advantage of Chrome's Multi-Process Performance

Google Chrome was one of the first browsers to have multiple processes. If you are a frequent Google Chrome user, then you probabely have seen sometimes, multiple “chrome.exe” processes running in your task manager, with multiple times memory uses. This is beacause, Chrome creates separate process for each tab, extensions and plugins installed. For example if you have 5 tabs opened, 9 extensions and 2 plugins installed, then you will find 17 processes(5 tabs + 9 extensions + 2 plugins + Chrome itself = 17 processes) in task manager.
This is unlike, Firefox and Opera, which creates only one process in task manager, no matter how many tabs are opened.

Many people think it is bad, and ask for something tricky that can switch chrome to single process mode. They might not have idea about the benifits of Chrome's multi-processes feacher.

Cons of Multiprocessing in browsers:
Multiprocessing is good due to many reasons. Chrome isolates many of the components from each other which improves performance and memory management and help it be more robust, responsive, and secure than single process browsers.Some examples:

If an attacker succeeds in accessing one application, he/she is not able to access the other applications.
If one tab stops responding, then it won't affect other tabs. But in case of single process browser like firefox, whole browser stops responding. This applies for extensions and plugins also. Crashing a single extension or plugin will not affect other plugins or tabs or the main process itself.
Chrome automatically sets higher priority for the tab you are working upon, and sets lower priority for all other remaining background tabs.Higher priority will never slow down your foreground work, and lower priority of unused tabs will not become the reson for slowing down other application running on your system. It makes your system faster. Other single process browsers can’t set the priority and slow down complete system, also reduce your foreground application performance by as much as 50%.
Startup performance is also enhanced with this feature – especially when you startup with multiple tabs. In this case, Chrome will lower the priority of the background tabs, and only the foreground tab will have high priority. You get the foreground tab first, an the secondary tabs fill in as CPU becomes available.

You can check all the processes through the task manager of your system or using the built-in task manager for Chrome. Using chrome's built in task manager, you can clearly see that which process is running for which tab/extension/ pugin (not like computer's task manager which only says chrome.exe for all processes) and may end processes if one's not responding. To access it, Press Shift+Esc or "right click on title bar -> Task Manager".

Reduce Chrome Memory usage using TooManyTabs extension

Google Chrome was one of the first browsers to have multiple processes, which creates a separate process for each tab. That means , if you have 5 tabs opened on your Chrome browser, then you can see minimum 6 processes running in the task manager with the name of chrome.exe (5 for tabs and 1 for whole chrome). If you have installed extensions and plugins then they also have separate process for each of them.

Chrome's this feature occupies a lot of memory and hence might degrade the performance of your browser or your whole system. So there is an extension named 'TooManyTabs' which can help to reduce chrome's memory usage.

Using TooManyTabs extension you can selectively choose inactive tabs to be suspended so that they do not occupy any memory space. Suspending a tab/link is similar to bookmarking, which store the tab in TooManyTab, but also closes the tab from your browser.

How to use TooManyTabs:

1. Download and install TooManyTabs .

2. Once you installed it, you you can see its icon in top right, displaying the no. of currently open tabs.

3. When you click this icon, you see all the opened tabs. To suspend and send any less important tab into TooManyTabs, you can click on the yellow icon at the top right of tabs showing in TooManyTabs list.

You can suspend any tab without entering into TooManyTabs window. For that simply go to the tab you want to suspend, then right click > Send tab to TooManyTabs.

4. To see suspended tab list, click on the icon on TooManyTabs. There in right side of opened window you can see all suspended tabs. To restore a suspended tab, just click on that respective tab in the Suspended tabs list.

Transform your Windows7 laptop into a Wi-Fi hotspot

In today's time, not even every home has a laptop or computer, but every member of family also own separate laptops or any other device with internet connection. And everyone want to use internet, prefect if you have a Wi-Fi at home, but what if you have an Ethernet?
For the same purpose, I remember the time when we bought a Ethernet switch to that every laptop connects using a cord, which solved the problem of connection laptops and computer. Luckily, my windows phone also connects to internet just by using a data cable plugged to a system with internet.
But now when I have a iPad, i wanted an another solution as it does not have Ethernet port, through data cable also, it does not connect to Internet. So i was searching on web for some hardwares or softwares to get Wi-Fi hotspot in my home , and found a very awesome, easy and free way to do so, using the softwares Connectify. Thanks to connectify, Now I dont get bore anymore while cooking ;)

Connectify:

Connectify is a software, that transform your laptop into a Wi-Fi- Hotespot and enables to share your internet for other laptops, smartphones, PDAs, Ipods, tablet-pcs, Ipads, gameboids and every wifi enabled devices through wifi. The best thing is, it require No router or external hardware for this purpose.But, it do works on Windows 7 only.

How to use connectify:
1. Download connectify lite and install it on your windows 7 system.

2. Run connectify, fill Hotspot Name, password, Internet connection and then click on Start Hotspot. Now Wi-Fi hotspot is ready, you can connect other devices with it.

3. Now from other devices search for wi-Fi, it will show your newly created Wi-Fi's name, you can connect to it as usual you connect to any other Wi-Fi network.

4. You can also check the name and list of devices connected and disconnected recetly to your Wi-Fi hotspot from the client tab in connectify.

Other Similar Software:

mhotspot

I have not tried mhotspot, so don't know the performance of this app. Give it a try, and leave ur review in comment.

Sql Injection For Beginners: Tutorial 1

Many times my readers have asked me to write about SQL Injection, but i always used to consider that its pretty easy way of hacking and may be everyone already know about it.
But now after years I think that, no, i was wrong.Still even many of web developers dont know about sql injection, still I can see many poorly designed websites which are prone to sql injection, one can easily beark into such websites using a simple SQL statement.

So my this post is dedicated to those web developers who leave this hole in their projects, and also to those who want to learn hacking, this is the easiest thing that anyone can do without any, any experience.

What is SQL Injection:

SQL Injection is one of the many web attack mechanisms used by hackers to steal data from organizations. It is the type of attack that takes advantage of improper coding of a website by injecting/inserting SQL commands to gain access to the data held within your website.
SQL Injection arises because the fields available for user input allow SQL statements to pass through and query the database directly.

SQL Injection, In simple terms:

On websites having a login form, a user need to input username/password to login. When the user press enter after filling the details, the webpage ask to the database if the username and password exists?, if they match? etc. And if the username and password found and matched then it let you enter into the site.

But on the SQL injection vulnerable Webpage, one can enter into even without knowing the username or password. The database passes the query and let the user enter even without knowing the correct username and password.

This technique is mainly used to break into any website to steal the secret information. but once any one enters into the site, then he/she can do many harmful things too. Think, if a hacker login into a website as ADMIN then he/she can get permission to do many very bad things with that website.

How to Use SQL Injection:

To Use SQL Injection is very easy. In a SQL injection vulnerable login form instead of true username and password, you can enter the following SQL statement.

' or '1'='1

Or,

If you know the Username then fill this code in password field, to enter into the website by pretending to be anyone else.
Mostly websites have some common users with the username like 'Admin' or 'Administrator' for Administrator login. Other possible username includes 'Employee' , 'Student' etc. Enter into a website with different usernames can give different permission and can display different information too.

Not even this you can do many more things using SQL Injection thing, wait and watch for my next post about SQL injection for More details.

Recover accidentally deleted data from your Computer, digital camera, or flash drive

This is the most common issue, that you have deleted some important files from your system, that you didnt actually want to.

Don't get nerves in such situation, coz It is easy to recover deleted files. You can undelete files with almost guaranteed success. The most important thing is to act as soon as you realize that the files are lost.

Because the operating system doesn't immediately re-use space from deleted files, a file can be recovered or unerased right after it has gone and for a considerable time afterwards. The sooner you try to recover your deleted files, the greater your chances of success. The longer you leave it the less chance you have of getting the data back because eventually some or all of the space that held your lost data will be re-used by another file.
The chances of recovery also depend on how full your computer's hard drive is. Windows tries to avoid re-using disk space that has recently been freed, to give recovery software a better chance of working. But the fuller a drive is, the sooner the free space is going to be used by other files.
If you have defragmented the hard drive since the file was deleted then this will severely harm the chances of a successful recovery. Current files will have been moved into the free space left by deleted files in order to reduce fragmentation, making it much less likely that undelete software will be able to find anything useful.

How to recover deleted data:-

accidentally deleted from your PC or other media
deleted by viruses
too large to fit in the recycle bin
deleted from a USB Memory Stick
deleted when you press "Shift+Delete" keys

How to use Data recovery software:-

Data recovery is very easy and almost same for any of the above listed software. First, the program will detect the deleted data that can be restored, and then in next step it will save the files you select to restore.

Software to identify if a photo has been altered/ photoshopped

Some months before a L'Oreal beauty product ad featured Julia Roberts and Christy Turlington was banned in UK, because of highly photo-shopped. And many times you have seen some pictures claiming something paranormal or a picture of ghost, which has proved just a hoax later.

But did you ever thought how the computer forensics dept. or any other federal agencies analyze if a photo is original or has been altered using any image editing software.

There is a software named 'JPEGSnoop' that uses one of the all techniques implemented in computer forensics that compares the JPEG quantification table to determine if any change has been made in a photo using any image editing software.

Different cameras use different quantization tables. Adobe Photoshop and other image editing software also have their own distinct quantization tables. When a photo is opened up in an editing program, photoshop for instance, it re-codes the original quantization table into its own. This enables you to work with the image and alter it. However, when the image is saved, it is saved with the quantization table of the image editing program. As a result, software can tell if a photo has been run through Photoshop or came from a source other than claimed.

This technique has some limitation that it does not tell anything about the changes made in detail, but it only tells if the photo is directly coming from a camera or has been passed through any image editing software. If a photo is only cropped or bordered then also it will consider the photo as an edited photo.

Anyways, here is the process to use the software:

1. Download JPEGsnoop , extract the zip file, here you will see an executable file named JPEGsnoop.exe, it is a portable software, so it does not have to be installed. So to start the software you need to click on JPEGsnoop.exe

2. When you use this software first time, you will see a licence agreement window, check “I have read the terms” box and click OK.

3. Now a window like following will appear. Drag the image to this window and wait for the report to generate.

4. When the report is generated, scroll down to the last paragraph of this report and look for the word "assessment". Here if it says “Image is processed/edited”, then the image is surly been passed through the image editing software.

There is a chrome plugin which can help you in such case by liking everything on your friends wall just in a single click. Isn't it good?

Trick to get any domain name: Valuable for both security and hacking purpose

After successfully creating a fake page, the very next question that normally readers ask to me is: " Is there any way to get the domain name look like Facebook/gmail etc.". Today's trick is all about getting a domain name, that look like any domain you want.

If 'no' then you should learn a bit about the domain names. Follow the post below....

Domain Name:
Domain names are organized in subordinate levels, organized from right to left. Each level is separated by a dot(.). The individual words or characters between the dots are called labels.

The label furthest right represents the top-level domain also known as first level domain label. Some examples of top level domains are: com, org, net, edu etc.
The second label from the right represents the second-level domain. In general, we call a website name with its second level domain name. For example 'techbyte4u' in www.techbyte4u.com, 'facebook' in www.facebook.com
Any labels to the left of the second-level domain are considered subdomains of the second-level domain (sometimes called third-level domains). For example: www.news.techbyte4u.com have 'news' as a subdomain of 'techbyte4u'. (Note: www is not a subdomain, its called 'Host name lable'). A domain holder has can have many subdomains, and there is no limit of the name, he/she is free to use any word as its subdomain.

You will see, 'com-support' is the second level domain name here, which is originally the website name in the given url, and facebook is only a subdomain of this website. but the collection of these two create an illusion of facebook.com

So the Trick here is:
If anyone buy any domain name starting with com for example: com-support.com, com-app.us, then by adding the subdomains he/she can get any domain similar of your choice.

Trick to read blackout wiki page

How to read blackout wikipedia page?

Protesting against SOPA and PIPA bills, today Wikipedia has blackout the english version of its website for 24 hours. So if you open any page on wikipedia english, then it will look something like this:

But still if you want to read any page then here are some tricks to do that. If you want to disable blackout permanently for all pages, then you can directly go to second trick.

How to read blackout wikipedia page?

1.By using cached copy of Wikipedia:
1. Open the page, you want to read. and add 'cache:' in front of the url. This will open the cached copy of wikipedia stored by google. :) :) for example: if i have to open this page 'http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Karush-Kuhn-Tucker_conditions' then after adding 'cache:' my url will look like: 'cache:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Karush-Kuhn-Tucker_conditions'

or

You can directly open the cached page from google search too.... For that just press arrow from the front of search reasult, and then click on 'cached'.

2: By disabling javascript for wikipedia: (Permanent blackout disable)
You see, when you open a english wikipedia page, first it opens and then the black page comes. It is because, they are using a javascript for blackout the english pages, so if you disable javascript for wikipedia into your browser then you can simply see the original page.
To do so:
1. openchrome://settings/contentExceptions#javascript into your browser
2. block javascript for en.wikipedia.org

More Ways to bypass blackout:
1. Press the Esc key before the blackout loads.

Selecting all friends to invite to like your Facebook page or for any event is a real hard work, specially if you have a long friend list like me. You need to check, check box for every friend one by one, say 1000 check boxes for 1000 friends. But using the following method you can do it just in seconds...

Follow the steps:
1. While inviting your friends, you will see a window like the following one:

Now scroll down till the end of the list, because your all friends are not loaded yet in the window shown. If you dont do so, then only friends that are loaded till, will only get selected after using javascript.

2. Now copy the following script and paste it into the URL bar.

var x=document.getElementsByTagName("input");for(var i=0;i<x.length;i++) {if (x[i].type == 'checkbox') {x[i].click();}}; alert('Done, all your friends have been selected');

3. After pasting write 'javascript: ' in front of the upper script. Now it should look like the following.

javascript:var x=document.getElementsByTagName("input");for(var i=0;i <x.length;i++) {if (x[i].type == 'checkbox') {x[i].click();}}; alert('Done, all your friends have been selected');

Note: You could directly copy and paste the script of step 3rd, but for security purpose some browsers automatically remove 'javascript: ' from the script and paste the remaining only.

4. After pasting, press enter, as soon as you do it, you will get a message that 'all friends all selected', and now you can send the invitation.

Email Spoofing

Welcome to the era of trickery, where you may be able to trust your some friends, but can no longer trust their e-mails. Identity theft is quickly becoming the biggest issue when it comes to e-mail, and it has a name: e-mail spoofing.

Email spoofing is an act by which you can send mail pretending to come from any fake address( For example 'support@microsoft.com', 'admin@facebook.com' etc.). No matter if you have access to the sender address or not, even no matter if the sender address exists or not. It is a very common strategy used among hackers and spammers. It is becoming so common that you can no longer take for granted that the e-mail you are receiving is truly from the person identified as the sender.

Why Email Spoofing?
Senders do this for various reasons, including:

The e-mail is spam and the sender doesn’t want to be subjected to anti-spam laws
The e-mail contains a virus or Trojan and the sender believes you are more likely to open it if it appears to be from someone you know.
Email contains a phishing page to hack your account.
The e-mail requests information that you might be willing to give to the person the sender is pretending to be (for example, a sender might pose as your company’s system administrator and ask for your network password), as part of a “social engineering” attack.
The sender is attempting to cause trouble for someone by pretending to be that person (for example, to make it look as though a political rival or personal enemy said something he/she didn’t in an e-mail message).

How does it work?
Email spoofing is done by altering the original 'sender email id', 'sender name' and other parts of the mail. This is possible because the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) does not support any type of sending authentication.

There are many ways to do so, some are as following:
1. Using Command prompt
2. Using email desktop services like Outlook
3. Using Websites offering mail spoofing
4. Using php scripts, to built own mail spoofing website.

I will write about all procedures in detail in coming posts, but here just providing names of some sites that offer mail spoofing, so that you can do some experiments and can understand about it. Some sites are:
1. http://emkei.cz/ (with advanced options)
2. http://deadfake.com/Send.aspx
Note: These sites are tested and working fine for gmail.

Examples of E-Mail Spoofing
Recently i have written about Adobe software update Fake mail, which is also an example of email spoofing.

Identifying Spoofed email:
One can do it by checking original header of email. Usually the spoofed email's header have an email address or SMTP address in sender email which is different than the email showing on the received mail. or it can have other website which has nothing to do with the sender id, or sometimes you can see the original email id of sender in 'reply to', if he/she is willing a reply from you .

How to : Create Creative Photos for your Facebook Timeline

Facebook's new Timeline has a profile cover feature, to which you can upload some cover photos for your profile. Using this feature you can make your profile even creative and more impressive. Taking inspiration from some creative cover photos, i tried to do something similar, and after lots of effort i managed to do it. Here in this article i will tell you the way to make a creative photo cover for your profile.

First, Have a look on some creative cover photos i found from web:

Here first picture can be created easily, as it has just 2 different pictures in profile photo and cover photo, but last two needs some tricky work. Read the steps below to know how you can do it:

1. Select the photo you want to upload as cover, and resize it into a picture of size 853 pixels in width.
2. Now cut this picture into the following manner...

Note:- From the picture you can see, cover photo should be of size 853 * 315 pixels, so you can directly cut it in this size without cutting the profile photo.

2. Now resize the part you cut for profile photo into size 193 * 180 pixel, because Facebook does not accept profile picture of size less than 180 pixels in width .

3. Now you can upload both profile photo and cover photo on ur FB profile.

In my profile, i cut profile picture of size 124 * 87 from above picture, and used white part for remaining 46 pixels, see the screenshot of the cover i got.

Did you notice the white part in profile picture? so this way you can pretend to have only one picture on your FB profile.

Use Google as a free hosting site

Storage space in computers is a big problem, no matter how large space we have, it always feels less. Although there are many free hosting sites on web, on which you can store your files and data, but this article will tell you how you can use your gmail account as a free file hosting site.

A single account on google/gmail can give you so much free, secure and well managed space. There are many sites which google owns provide you facility to upload/share files online for free, and the best thing is you can access all sites just by login through ur gmail account, and this is the main reason why I prefer to use google for storing my files, i hate to do sign ups on many sites, moreover, to remember the user-names and passwords for every account is a very big deal for me. So if you are like me then you can find this article very useful for you.

For the space Google provides i used two terms- Secure and Well managed. Secure because you can always control that who can see your files and who dont, so you can keep your files private if you want to, also you can share files publically or only with some of friends/relatives. And I used term Managed because on all different sites you can store different kind of files, like on youtube you can upload only videos, on picassa only pictures/videos and on google sites only css/javascripts. Hence you can imagine it as different folder in your system one for only videos, one for photos, one for web etc. etc.

List of Google Sites that you can use as a free hosting site:-

1. Gmail:
From the given list above, i prefer to use gmail mostly to store my data, there are many reasons to do so...

I am very used to gmail and feels it very easy to use. Simply i do mail to myself to upload and store any file in my gmail. You can use gmail to store those data, that you want to keep private or want to share just by email.
Managing files are very easy in gmail. In Same way like your computer, you can create folders in the form of labels in gmail and can store everything separately in different different folders according to your Data. For ex. In my gmail i have labels like study, softwares, ebooks, blog, photos etc.
It gives 7.5 GB Free space, that is too much just for emails.
There is no limitation of file type. If a file is not allowed to attach, you can create a rar or zip file and then upload it.

Note: If you want to share data publicly than you need to look for other options below. And If you are thinking to store photos of size up to 2048 x 2048 pixels and videos of any size then you should look below for another options, coz these can be uploaded without any size limitations.

2. Google Docs:

If you want to share any file publicly, or with friends by giving them direct download link, then Google docs can be helpful.
Its gonna be 1 year soon, when Google docs turned into a Universal file host, but only some people know about it. On Google docs you can upload not only pdf or doc files, but you can upload files in any format.
Google docs currently provides you 1GB free space.

3. Picasa:

Picasa is a good option if you want to share photos publicly or just by link.
Picasa also gives 1GB free space, but this limitation is only for those pics that are larger than 2048 x 2048 pixels size. If your pics are smaller than this size then their size/space will not count towards your free storage limit. And the best thing is if any time you are out of limitation, then also you can upload pics, but your pics will automatically convert into 2048 x 2048 pixels size image, that is also not bad.
If you are not on Google+ then picture size 2048 x 2048 pixels is not applicable for you, your storage space will count each time you upload a pic having size more than 800 x 800 pixels. So its better to create a google+ account, you can do it simply by login through your gmail.
Do you know you can upload videos also on picasa? Videos up to 15 minutes won't count towards your free storage. But Youtube is better option for uploading Videos, see below for details.

4. Youtube:

Youtube is best option if you want to share videos online or just want to store any private video. This is best because you can upload as many videos as you want.
Same like picasa it has 15 minutes limitation, but if you are a verified user, then you can upload a video upto size 20 GB. For verifying your account, you just need to enter your mobile no. for verification.

5. Google sites:

This is a good option for web developers, for storing java scripts or css files.
size limitations is 100 MB.

Beware Adobe Software Upgrade Notification Email

An email pretend to come from Adobe has been widely spammed out, Which has a malware in attachment posing as upgrades for Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe X Suite Advanced. The malware attached is the 'Zeus Trojan horse' which is designed to steal banking information.

The email is send from the spoofed address “Adobe Update Notification <no-reply@adobe.com>” and Each email is slightly different, incorporating different reference numbers in the subject line, attached filename and message body.... Mainly it has subjects similar to "Adobe Software Critical Upgrade Notification ID: M29MGJW7CN3" or "Adobe Systems Software Critical Upgrade Notification ID: 6974438831048" or "Adobe Acrobat: Upgrade Needed, Tue, 6 Dec 2011 15:08:48 +0100" and has the body similar to the following:

Hello Dear,
Adobe is pleased to announce new version upgrades for Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe X Suite
Advanced features include:
- Collaborate across borders
- Create rich, polished PDF files from any application that prints
- Ensure visual fidelity
- Encrypt and share PDF files more securely
- Use the standard for document archival and exchange

If you get the similar kind of message, dont trust the things like that. Currently only 5 of the 43 AV engines did detect the trojan at Virus Total. Hence, you cant rely on anti viruses for the newly designed viruses, your security is in your hand only, So be Careful.

How to Grant Permissions in Windows 7

Windows 7 has implemented addition security mechanism to prevent accidental or intentional modification by not allowing users to access/edit some folders/files. But if you need to access, modify or delete such files or folder you need to get the permissions on that file/folder. Here in this guide i am going to tell 2 ways of doing so.... 1. Manual, which can allow you give permissions to any user of the system. and 2. Automatic using registry edit file, through which you can give permissions only to the user through which you are login.

Manually Grant Permissions in Windows 7

1. Right click on file or folder on which you want to take ownership>> Properties.

2. In Properties windows >> Click on Edit button>> Click ok to confirm UAC elevation request.

3. Now select user account name to which you want to give control, in case you dont find the user then add it first.

4. Now under Permission >> under Allow >> check the rights which you want to grant/get.

5. Click Ok for changes to take effect and click ok final ok to exit from Properties window.

Automatically Get Permissions in Windows 7

1. First Download TakeOwnership.zip
Download from GoogleDocs
Download from zshare

2. In this zip file you will find two reg (registry) files InstallTakeOwnership.reg and RemoveTakeOwnership.reg.

3. Double Click on InstallTakeOwnership.reg, it will edit registry and create Take Ownership option in right click context menu.

4. Now Right click on file or folder on which you want to take ownership>> click Take Ownership.

Now you can access files of folder in windows 7 with full permissions and take full control.

3. Now Click 'Patch Server Check', then it will ask for exe file of IDM, so go to C:\Program Files\Internet Download Manager and then select IDMan.exe and press open. (Note: Make sure all opened IDM instances are closed before doing this.)
If you finish this step correctly, then it will show a 'success message' under Kill Server check.

4. Now your IDM is registered by default with a key, but if you want to register it with your name then first you need to clear previous registration information from IDM. For that press button clear previous registration data.

5.Now open IDM > press yes if it ask you to register IDM > Enter your name, mail id etc. > In Serial key field enter the serial key generated by crack. and press ok.

6. Now you have registered IDM successfully, you can check the registration details from Help > About IDM.

Big Security Flaw in Google Chrome16

Recently released Google chrome16 is better known for its new feature to add multiple user profiles into one browser, which let you use a different web browser window for different user on a single computer. But there is a flaw that reduces usability of this feature. It does not let you keep secure your profile data from another users of your system. Not only this I have heard about some more issues as well with Chrome16.

Read about all issues here:
1. Security flaw:

In chrome16 anyone can easily switch to some one else's chrome profile and can access all the private information such as passwords, history,bookmarks. So it is not secure when a computer is shared between multiple users.
All users have permission to delete any other user's profile. so you will lost all your data if someone deletes your profile. yeah synchronization is a way to get back your data, but still i will count this problem as a flaw.

2.Performance flaws:
I dont know, many of you are facing problems stated below, but you can find many users on web stating these problems.

For some users flash is not working properly.
Anti aliasing text/ jagged text
history sync. problem

So For now it is better to use chrome15 other than chrome16, and you can also add multiple profiles manually in older versions, so be with chrome15 until google releases a new version of chrome with no issues of such kind.

Multiple User profile in Chrome16: Separate Private browser for everyone in family

Recently google has released a new version of chrome into its chrome beta series. Chrome 16, has come up with a very useful feature of multiple user profiles.

What is this feature? How it is useful?
Well, this new feature allows you to open multiple chrome windows with a different user profile.
It can beneficial in the case if a friend wants to use your system, but you dont want to sign out from your own opened sites or you dont want to let him know about your previous search history, your bookmarks, your passwords etc.
or
If many persons in a family use a single computer, then this feature let them manage their bookmarks, applications/extensions etc.

How to set up multiple user profiles in Chrome:
1. First, you need chrome 16.
Download Now
2. Now install it through the downloaded setup file, If the installation give any error in end, then first uninstall your previous chrome and then install chrome 16.
2. Now open chrome browser, and click on wrench icon in most right of browser window > options > personal Stuff > New Profile.
3. Now a new window will be open with a different user sign at top left. also it will ask you to sign in to your gmail, but it has no relation with this user profile set up, so you can close that.

4. Now as you have set up a new user, by clicking on user image, you can see how many profiles you have, can open any other you want, can add more users and can change their names and user image as well.

Note: As this is in beta version, so bugs and security flaws are expected. In chrome16 there is a very big security flaw, which vanishes the value of its new feature. Check about it here.

Trick to create multiple user profiles in Old Chrome(More secure than Chrome 16)

Google has recently featured Multiple user profiles in Chrome16, but it has some flaws, bugs and security fixes.
Important about this post is:
1. You can get Multiple profile features on your old chrome too,so you dont have need to install Chrome16.
2. As i already told that Chrome16 has some performance flaws, so using ur old version you can keep away from them too.
3. last and most important one is: using this way you can solve the security flaw found in chrome16 as well.

How to get multiple user Profiles in old chrome:

For Windows:

Create a new folder somewhere to store New user profile's data. For example, you can create a folder in C: named "chromework" so path to this folder will be c:\chromework.
Now copy the shortcut of your chrome somewhere. you can do it by right-clicking the Google Chrome desktop icon > Copy > then Paste it any where. and then Give the copy a separate name (you can name it on the person who gonna use it.).
Right-click the new shortcut and select Properties > In the Target field, take your cursor in and of target path, then leave a space, then add --user-data-dir=[your new directory name] in the end.
Now your Profile is ready. You can make as much profiles as you want through this procedure, and can keep secure your passwords, history, bookmarks etc. from other users.

For Mac:

Open AppleScript Script Editor (either in Applications/Utilities or Applications/AppleScript)
Enter this: do shell script "/Applications/Google\\ Chrome.app/Contents/MacOS/Google\\ Chrome --user-data-dir=/Users/$USER/Library/Application\\ Support/Google/ChromePersonal > /dev/null 2>&1 &"
If you did not install Google Chrome in the default location, modify the script as appropriate.
Save the script in your Applications directory with the file format Application.
Close the Script Editor and find your newly created application and run it. Running this application will open another Google Chrome instance pointing to your new profile.

Trick to sort out the security flaw of Chrome16 using this manual user profile creation way:
Now as you are done with creation of your new user profile/ new chrome. Now you need to keep secure your chrome from another users, so for that you can simple hide it some where, so that no one as found it ;) or if you want to keep it on desktop, then you can lock it or hide it. Unfortunately there is no way to keep password protect a shortcut, but you can keep your chrome's shortcut in any folder and then make it password secure. you will get many softwares to do so. :)
