Facebook is going to launch Video calling feature soon with the collaboration of Skype. Although it has some time to launch the feature on FB. But still you cann take a trial from here:

How to do it:

• Click on 'Get Started'
• Select any online friend with whom you wanna converse face to face.
• In chat window, click on video calling symbol as  shown in pic below
